Shipping policy

Every item of AOMOA are handmade with care. Once your order has been placed, please allow up up to 7 days for your item(s) to be carefully handmade, packed & shipped. 

All orders and shipments will be processed and shipped via Colissimo (French post service) if not listed differently.

Please be aware that you are responsible for all import fees. 

International parcels outside of European Union will go through customs in order to be checked and also to see if they incur import fees, These charges will vary depending where the parcel has been sent. If you have any questions about your local import fees and rules we recommend to contact your local customs office for more information.

 

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (USA)

As of August 29, 2025, the United States has suspended the previous “de minimis” exemption for imports under $800.
This means all international shipments to the U.S. may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees, regardless of their declared value.

• Our products are declared as “handmade goods – made in France.”
• Duties and taxes are determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) based on the product type and value.
• Recipients are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged upon delivery.
• We cannot predict or control these costs and recommend checking CBP or your local courier for current rates before ordering.

TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If this tracking number doesn’t work or you can’t find it in your email, please get in touch with us as soon as you can at contact@aomoathelabel.com
